All vintage items are final sale.

Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of vintage goods:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind items

• All sales are considered final once an order is placed

We encourage you to review item descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help prior to checkout.

Vintage Condition Disclosure

Vintage items are pre-loved and may show signs of age, wear, or patina consistent with their history. These characteristics are not considered flaws but part of the story and charm of vintage pieces.

Any notable condition details will be clearly described and photographed to the best of our ability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and, if applicable, work with you toward a fair resolution.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Digital Products, Services & Experiences

All sales of:

• Digital downloads

• Design consultations

• Sound healing sessions or experiences

are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
